The Cyclist
Time Limit: 1 sec
The Problem
There was a girl named Nuha who loved cycling so much. Her hobby was quite different. He wanted to get new bicycles and have a move around the neighborhood.
One fine morning, her father gave her a new cycle as a gift on her 18th birthday. She was amazed and surprised because the cycle looked awesome and it was special. The radius of the wheel of that cycle was 0.75 meter. The weight of that cycle was light enough so that she could ride it at as a regular wheel turning speed of 25 revolutions per minute.
As it was, her hobby to take a ride around, she just took that cycle and got a ride around the neighborhood which distance was almost 2.5 Km. But her father told her to get back within 15 minutes as he wanted to go one of his relative’s house with her.
Now it’s your task to find if she could make the move so that she could get back within the time her father telling her to.
The Input
The input file contains several lines of input. Each line contains one floating point number indicating the distance (0.1<=D<=1000.0) kilometers of her neighborhood and an integer number indicating the return time (1<=T<=1000) in minutes. Input is terminated by EOF.

The Output
For each line of input, print “YES” if she could return within given time or “NO” if she is unable to return within the time in a separate line.
